Got my Fall 02 issue more than a week ago...Now Les, how the hell did that happen seein how we live 15 minutes away form each other? HAHA!

Any word on when Nov/Dec (or whatever issue is next) is coming?

I think I figured out what has happened. Since your address is now an APO it has to be in an envelope and have a declaration form attached. We will get it out today. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks for looking into it Harvey, but I have received one here before. It made it through with no problem. I can't see it needing to be in an envolope. Only packages require declarations. Not magazines.
