Hi guys, i am having a problem that maybe someone could help me with. When i turn on the car and power goes to the amps my subs do a wierd pulsing like they keep moving in and out like they are playing but they arent, and but they play music but they do that wierd pulsing all the time and i just unhooked them just in case, i wonder if its the wiring? a little background on my system is i have
Kenwood excelon 917
infinity kappa compnent in front
pioneer 6X9 in back
4 channel 4X60watt amp
and MTX 8100D for the subs i think 700 RMS
one Farad capicitor i am using 4 gauge for power and big fuse i forgot how big

1. Make sure the amps ground (to the car) is completely clean (no paint, glue, etc.)
2. Make sure the +/- speaker leads are not touching metal at the speaker end or being pinched against metal somewhere causing a ground.
3. Make sure the power & turn-on signal wires for the amp are not being pinched against metal somewhere causing a ground.

I had this probem with one of my PPI A200.2
It turned out to be bad RCA jacks in the amp

i am gonna check all that, but i do remember the rca's being kind of loose so loose i taped them with electrical tape, i hope thats all it is? if anyone has any other ideas feel free to post, but i'll post if i find something.
