I know you can manually lock the TCC in a 95 by grounding the tan/black wire that is going into pin 11 on the blue connector in the PCM.

So a switch that grounds that wire would do it.

YMMV - this could be a way to mess up your trans if you aren't careful or think about what you are doing.

Do it anytime you want, but just don't lock it up at too low an rpm, don't come to a stop with it locked, and ideally, don't keep it locked through the shifts because it keeps the torque converter from absorbing any driveline shock/lash while the shift is occurring. Thread is here.
