Adding to Todd's comments, first question is what pattern(s) would you be looking for?
Another option would be use of a 88-92 1LE Camaro rotor, which will provide a 4.75" wheel stud pattern. The need/desire to maintain functioning ABS would call for a machining step to add the register for the tone ring. The same thing could be done with any pre-91 B-body rotor (77-90), with the 4.75" pattern, that uses the same Set 3 & Set 6 wheel bearings. The rotor gets cut away in the process, leaving just the hub.
