Where exactly is the sensor that operates the temp gauge on a 96 Roadmaster? If I remember, there were 2, one for computer input and other for the gauge? I do see a sensor that screws into the bottom of the waterpump. Advice appreciated.....temp gauge no workeee.....

IIRC, there is one in the face if the WP (5 o'clock) & one on the passenger's side of the block (follow the dipstick tube, it may be wrapped in 'aluminum foil").

I believe the one in the Pass. Cylinder Head (near the dipstick) is the one you want for the gauge. The one in the WP is what I believe the ECM uses and controls your fans.
