I let the cat out the bag in 1 of the threads in the engine section, but plans call for a 427 LSX with a F2 procharger... Should be fun

Local participation

There's a guy here that runs the Texas Mile in his Corvette.

Bruce Long, a customer of RMCR, was the first C5 Corvette to break 200mph in the Texas Standing Mile in October 07 with a top speed of 206.769mph!! Bruce plans to go back this coming October to break 215mph!

If you go to the Photo section, you can see the car, it is the blue C5. The car had serious traction problems on the dyno.
