MISSL members are to be congratulated for putting on a really nice gathering. Many thanks and hope I don't see Detroit again !

Condolences to all of you who have to travel those CRAPPY lunar landscapes that somebody at the DOT calls roads.

I will also add a big Thanks to MISSL and members. They know how to treat out of staters!
I look forward to doing it again and being more involved.

Sad to say, but I was a little jealous of the roads, IL couldnt even come close with the roads up there, especially having them made of cement. Over here its mostly cheap black top that buckles a month after, later for DOT workers to only put up a "bump" sign. Oh by the way, you have to pay tolls up the a** for it too.

Again, many thanks to MISSL
Yes, a big thanks to MISSL for their very hard work in pulling off the ISSCA Nats. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

And I am in agreement about the roads. Those were simply the worst condition roads that I've ever driven on in this country. I bet there are a lot of rich dentists in MI.

And I know know that the "MI" abrreviation for Michigan stands for "Mosquito Infested". They tore me up!

But the MI people were very hospitable and I felt very welcome there. It was a great trip despite these minor inconveniences, and I would do it again in a heart beat. Thanks again!
Pfft, you all were on the good roads. See them after winter when the craters open up.

+1 Everything was great. :) Got to see some old faces, meet some new ones and had an awesome time. Would love to have The nationals back in the same spot area next year if it can be worked out again. I just might have to join up with the MISSL crew one of these days and hang out with you guys at some other events too.

Lol that's what I told everyone who complained. They hadn't even begun to scratch the surface of bad roads in MI. I should actually participate in the auto x next year, I'd probably do pretty good since I'm so used to maneuvering around giant craters, construction barrels, and blown out Semi/trailer treads in the middle of the road year round cwm2
