Several sources have reported GM no longer has telephone support to unlock the older radios.

Keep track of your radio TheftLock codes and consider if you want to keep your radio locked.

There is a new way to unlock them but it is complicated. Thank you DrShock. I have not tried it but it looks good.

Personally, my radio isn't locked, I'm not really concerned about someone stealing my 25 y old factory radio.

Blinking light on dash has some deterrent value in my opinion.
