Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew how the 9c1 springs on my 1994 chevrolet caprice compares to either

Caprice wagon springs or
1990 9c1 caprice springs

I am looking at replacing my springs with the highest spring rate I can get, but I don't wanna replace them if the aren't too much of a difference. I may look into Airlift bags as well, but I want to concentrate on the springs first.

Thanks, that page helps a lot. According to this page

The Wagon weighs about 400lbs more than the caprice/impala. I am guessing that the majority of that weight goes on the rear axle. Found out that the impala unloaded was around 56:44 front/rear weight distribution; couldn't find a figure for the wagon though.

Order the Moog CC507 springs. They'll be just shorter than 9C1 height statically, but quite a bit stiffer.

Alternative is the 1A2 wagon rear springs.
