Is there a bracket that holds the relay box and computer underneath the drivers side dash??

my stuff is just hanging and I don’t see anywhere to mount it

This is what GM calls the convenience center. If this is what you call the relay box it should be bolted to the fire wall between the steering shaft and the parking brake bracket.

I can not help with the "computer" There are several modules in this area. VATS and ABS. The VATS is the one with the red X.

As this area is hard to work on few have taken pictures, but no black box installed by GM "hangs"

Installers of remote starters and car alarms do leave their stuff hanging.

What year car is it. The 91-93s have the computer behind the passenger's side kick panel, and the 94-96 have the computer under the airbox in the engine compartment.

If you get a factory service manual it has drawings of where the parts go.
