I have a Vigilante torque converter for a 4l60e for sale. I bought it local a couple years ago and have recently decided to sell the car and unload the extra parts that I never got around to using. It was previously installed in a 1993 or 1994 Camaro and the guy I got it from told me it is 3600 stall and needs to be rebuilt. I, unfortunately have no way to confirm either of these and it didn't bother me at the time because I checked with Precision Industries (the manufacturer) and they informed me it would cost $262.50 to have it rebuilt with warranty and 1 year of stall adjustment. You can easily verify this by contacting them. At the time I paid $425 for it. I am willing to sell it for $350 +shipping. This part new from them is $825 so this would save you some money and retain the same warranty as new.
