What Energy Suspension bushings is everyone using for the 17mm bar? I got 9.5121G but the bolt holes on the included brackets aren't wide enough to attach to 3" exhaust clamps. Greasable bushings would be nice, too...

It seems Energy Suspension has 2 main styles of bushings. The "small" ones (0.625" bracket to swaybar centerline) and the "big" ones (0.750" bracket to swaybar centerline). The ones I ordered are the "small" ones, and those brackets aren't wide enough. But I can't find any "big" ones for 17mm swaybar, and I can't find brackets for "small" ones that are wider.

I ended up using Energy Suspension 9.5154G, which is intended for a 5/8" bar. That's 15.875mm, and the 17mm bar is actually 16.8mm in diameter. The bushing squashed enough to take up the extra 1mm, and everything looks like a perfect fit.

edit: wow, what a difference. Flat, flat cornering, no twitchiness at all, no harshness even over frost-heaved roads that are especially bad along the outside edges. I'm really glad I "settled" for the 17mm bar. I did some beyond-the-limits idiocy in an empty parking lot. There's a bit of oversteer at higher speeds once the traction lets go, and I can make it more extreme with throttle application. Hopefully the upcoming 30mm front swaybar and polyurethane bushings/endlinks will bring it back closer to neutral. Overall I love it, best bang-for-the-buck upgrade by far.
