There is a pull a part near you in Indy with 4 Caprices on the lot. I'm sure you could find what you need for next to nothing there.

If you have no luck finding any fab some up from some steel structural rectangle tube , here are some rough measurements -
L-7 5/8 , W-1 3/16 , H-1 1/2 OR 1 3/4

This is a rough draft still in the experimental stages used my sons wooden ruler for the measurements.Its been at least 20 years since I did any type of drafting. I forgot ,drill and tap the holes and use maybe 1/8 to 3/16 thickness?

gw, the URL in the linked thread I posted IS the 91-96 B-body parts book--for Chevy, anyway.

All I have otherwise is microfiche, and it's not available any longer, last print date(s) were in 2001 (the online version is a screen-shot CD of the same fiche files), so it's very much out of date.

Using these references and then bouncing part numbers against known "active" data sources for GM parts, such as GM Parts Direct, or Rock Auto, and more & more via Vintage Parts, makes it possible to gain a pretty good current view on most of the things I'm typically chasing down.
