you'll have to use something like a battery terminal puller. you can get em at an auto parts store.

The only tool you need is a small short nail or drill bit, etc. Slightly lift the arm......notice the small hole near the pivot point.......insert nail in hole (both sides - go through) to hold arm up......remove nut cap and nut.......pull arm off. Agreed - good time to switch to the LeSabre/Bonneville arms.
