The switch I am looking for fits only 95/96 Impala SS and 95/96 RoadMaster & RoadMaster Estate wagon. Do you have a 4 digit switch code and color? The code is at the top and bottom of the wiper switch harness. The harness should have a 5 wire white connector and a 4 wire black connector. At the switch there is a mini square connector for the turn signal lever.

The GM parts manual lists the 25140743 for ALL 94-96 b body. This crosses to the STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS DS1271. Standard has this table:

Are you referring to the one in the column that the turn signal arm is inserted into?

OP said it would fit a Impala so it is not the wagon rear wiper. What else could it be?

Some list it as wiper, cruise, or multi function switch. GM just lists everything.

OP has not answered my questions from post #2:
What do you want?
New or used?
OEM or after market?

There is a rotary switch in the column that works the high beam, wash, and single wipe functions. It could well be that switch he is referring to. It is not an easy switch to replace, because the column must be partially disassembled to reach it.

He definitely is not referring to the multipurpose lever, or he would not have mentioned 3 different connectors, because the multipurpose connector only has one.

He wants the wiper switch.
In the year he is speaking of, there is a little piggy back sort of harness.
The cruise plugs into it close proximity to the switch.
The lower end, there is the wiper related plug AND the other end of the cruise harness plug.
This, so the lever with cruise can be re and re'd without dealing with the old style cruise wiring fishing in and out of the mast jacket.
So this wiper switch assembly has 3 plugs

Edit, I misread, sorry
