I am putting a t56 in my 95 SS, and the shifter plate for the console is for a 96. I need either the 95 modification plate BBHP sold, or a perfect 96 console. I will have the 95 console to sell if I get a 96 console.

Thanks 96ChameleonSS, but it appears the shifter plate he says is missing is partially needed foe the conversion.

KDB50SS, I would be willing to trade if your is in perfect condition. The shift plate, I believe is partially needed. The plate received with the t56 kit appears to be an overlay piece. It is a bit wider than the 95 console opening. Do you have a picture of yours. Mine is perfect as it is out of a 50k mile SS that I bought from Milt Polous (Gforce) in California 5-6 years ago. Let me know.
