I have a pair from a Impala clip I had. They lens' look perfect and they did have a hole drilled into the backside of each capsule for Strobes that were installed. Each strobe has a delay box attached to the wire so you can adjust the speed of the strobes.

The holes could just be siliconed over or you could just leave the strobes in. $50 for both headlamps and if you would like the strobes too I could throw those in for another $25. so $75 for everything plus actual ship which should only be in the $10-$15 range.
