Hi everyone,

I have a 95 Roadmaster that I just put 275/50/17 rears and 275/40/17 fronts on, and now I have an ABS light. All I want is to change the tire size to get my ABS back. Obviously looking for one that's not still paired with a vin lol. Please let me know.

Bosch ABS is not part of the PCM.

You can reprogram the PCM to correct the speedometer and the shift point but the ABS will not be fixed.

You could change the reluctor in the axle.

I didn’t realize that, I thought that changing the tire size via the Hypertech would fix the ABS.

Thank you for explaining this to me. I’ll see if anyone has one anyway, but that really makes it less interesting.

ABS won't tolerate differences in tire height between front/rear more than 5%,maybe even a little less...

What's the maximum difference between an inner rear wheel and its diagonally opposite outer front wheel in a turn?
It'd need to be less than that, which I suspect is under 3%.

Both our PCM and ABSM expect the same size tires at all 4 wheels.

I have a Hypertech Power Programmer that has been sitting dormant in my closet for years.
