thanks for the reply. My sway bar links look like they are good, all the bushings are there and in good condition. I changed them about a year ago. I might need to tighten them because they don't look like they are squeezing the bushings. Ill post some pics of them.

I had a similar noise in my SS. I chased it for days. Finally found it to be a rear brake pad.

How did you find out it was your rear brake pad?

I started pulling wheels and with a mallet I started taping on calipers and anything else I thought might be making the noise and had found that the clip that holds the outer pad had bent allowing the pad to rattle.

It's difficult to say what/where this might be happening from just your video and not having eyes/ears on the issue. It did seem to have a "tinny" sound to it. So maybe a metal shield or something like that rattling? Maybe the Brake Dust Shield behind the Rotor?

Does it do it more when hitting bumps or when turning? Maybe put it up on stands and using a rubber mallet start hitting the Frame and suspension to see if you can replicate the sound. Try to see if you can narrow down the area a little more and see if you can find anything obvious.

Sometimes just taking it to a shop to see if they can find it for you helps. Maybe have someone ride along side of your car as you drive it to see if they can kinda pinpoint the area of the rattle and then start searching for it.

To me it does sound like a metal shield rattling. But not sure if its coming from under the engine or under the car. Its definitely coming from the front, and it happens whenever I go over a bump big or small. It doesn't happen when I'm idling. I tightened up my sway bar end links and it's still happening. Tried hitting the exhaust components with my hand and nothing rattled and everything seemed nice and snug. I will check the dust shield out tomorrow and report back. Thanks for the reply's

Well I finally found out the cause for my rattle. It was my rear sway bar bolts on the passenger side, they came loose and were causing the rattle. tightened them up and no more rattle. Thanks for the help and suggestions everyone.
