Multiple Misfire after mini Rebuild.

Note Had Random Multiple Misfires BEFORE rebuild as well!
Timing chain (dot to dot)...
Spark Plug Wires
Made Looms and routed and protected all spark plug wires. Including #7.
Cleaned Injectors All working New Orings for them
No Vacuum Leaks
Sluggish to turn on. Puffs of white smoke. But def not coolant... Turned car over before filling it with coolant just to see if opti was good was...white smoke was present then, still is but less white smoke now but still random multiple misfire.
Did a fuel pressure test:
Fuel Pressure goes to as I turn the ignition to the on position 10-18-25-35-41 and does not hold pressure. Have redone this test multiple times, Now the pressure only increases to 10 while I put key on the on position but still cranks itself and turns on. When I start the car it slowly increases to 41 on constant acceleration. If I remove the vacuum line to the regulator shoots up to 51. On idle multiple misfire code, when accelerating CEL flashes. The more I rev the more white smoke there is. Help Took a video of the gauge meanwhile I was accelerating. As pressure starts to rise to 41 CEL flashes. Help get this thing on the road!
If anyone has gone to Mexico, thats what the white smoke smells like... Like regular emissions of several cars... Not like gas or anything but like a ton of emission.....
