In the last few weeks, I fixed a bad trunk seal (water was getting in), reopened the drain hole in one side of the trunk that had debris in it, causing a mini pool to form in my back right fender, pulled my radio to attempt to replace it and fix a bad noise (to no avail, though I now know what the issue is), and today went and picked up a motor assembly from a 92 roadmaster out of a yard about 20 minutes from me. Plan to make that fix this weekend. Fingers crossed it works!!!

So what if I drive my grandpa's car?

Swapping old blue, no power optioned, 9C1 interior, for a tan power optioned interior. Swapping the wiring, trim, dash...added power rear view mirror and rear door hook lights. Installed power window motors in the rear doors so far. Replaced headlight and corner lights for some extras laying around that looked alot better.

I'm back in a B-Body!!!

After my 94 was stolen in 2013, i have been trying to get back into one. My 94 was a 4.3 car that i swapped an Lt1 into. Well this is my new to me 96 B4U. Bright White with Ruby Red interior. Clean car. 195,000 miles, but i have a few plans for her. I'm happy because the color code is rare. First time i stumbled upon this combination on a B4U in my 4 years of searching. Found this car on CL, told my wife about it(deployed) she checked it out, sent pics & VIN. I ran the VIN, found out a little about it, she withdrew the money, paid, & drove it home. She ran into no issues with it. She is currently installing a double din(detailss kit) while I'm away(i love her so much). She does audio stuff in her spare time, which is a win win for me. I'll probably end up doing an engine swap on her in the future. But i intend on enjoying her as is for a little.

Hey. It looks as if you got two real good deals. Your wife and the B4U. I can relate to having a good wife that allows you to enjoy your car. Mine has seen me through many cars and now my Caprice is the keeper. In fact she didn't even bat an eye when 5 boxes came in on Friday and I have 12 more coming. Appreciate your service. Stay safe and Hooah or Hoorah, whichever.
