93 Caprice Cluster swap options?

Just picked up a real nice dark blue 1993 caprice civi, I'm going to go with the 9c1 look. Anyone try to install a 93 9c1 cluster in a civi car? or a 93 roadmaster cluster in a civi caprice?

I'm going to delete the ROARING fan, and do a cluster mod first thing.

Thanks

The easiest fan mod is to use the relays, fans and brackets from a 93 FW.

1991 OCC 461 (.030 over 454) BBC, 3.23 posi, flash to pass, drop spindles & springs, Impala rims, Hydroboost, Recaros, MOMO/wood SW w/QR, custom wood shift knob, Pioneer DEH P77DH
1992 OCC now with 5.7 tbi, DEH P77DH

There are kits available to activate the relays, or you could have one turn on when the temp reaches a certain point and the other when you turn on the AC. I have not explored the electrical aspect of it, but the installation is a bolt in for the fans.

If there are a lot of 93 FWs in the yards near you, grab the hard fuel lines connected to the TBI. They have a schrader valve for checking the fuel pressure. The lines are a bolt in (you do not have to use the return line). I think you could pay for your fan conversion by selling a couple of the lines.
