yea on my 94 caprice 9C1 dash as well as the out side of my car the flashers on my dash seem to be fading in and out as well as the outside turnsignals along with the lights on the dash repedetly. Can it be a fuse going out, or one of the flasher modules under the dash? or a loose bulb i highly dought it is a loose bulb.

My guess would be the flasher modules...these things can make a world of difference...

So only the green flashers on the digital cluster are fading?

Are all Exterior turn signals working correctly?

If they are, justthe gauge cluster is the problem..

Try a new flasher first.. Go to a parts store and get an Electronic flasher, NOT a thermal one.. They are round for the Bbody, Not square.

The flasher is located sort of by the parking brake, there are 2 metal tins. The one that is NOT striped yellow is the one you want to pull out and replace with a new one.
