94,95 vs 96 - Chevy Impala SS Forum

If I had the option to bid on two identical cars with the only difference being one is a 94-95, and the other a 96, which should I choose? Both would have the same mileage (around 100K) and be black with grey interior.

96 had OBD2, but that can be fixed with exhaust or something. Any other reasons?

I like the changes for '96 on the Impala's, but I would stick with a 95 for all other Caprice's.

You get most or all of the upgrades over the 94 cars and don't have to deal with the OBDII.

I agree, and the 95 iron heads flow better. OBDI is the best reason though.
