Question

My '96 9C1 Rear Lower Control Arms look like original. Will dealers still honor this recall? If so, are changed Arms they install, beefier than originals? Has anyone taken advantage of this recall? +=+ Larry '96 9C1

You need to run your car by VIN to see if it's an affected car. Email your VIN to Burdaddy or myself to run it through GM's service database. That's the one that counts. My '96 9C1 was NOT an affected car. If yours isn't either, then the dealership is not going to do anything for you.
