The job is not hard, but finding the parts can be a little work. Everything is availible except the trans bracket that holds the cable to the trans and the shift lever that mounts to the trans. The cables are running out of stock so buy one soon. I got the lever from Dal that he said was for the F body but should work, but when it came it had the same part number as the one for the Impala. The trans bracket is a little harder. Put the word out on the forums, go to your local junk yards and just keep trying. Sooner or later you'll find one.
I filled the column and painted it to remove the stub where the shift lever use to be.
It's a great addition to do this mod. If you want details of the job, send me an email and I'll give you my phone number and give you all the details.
