ok i know it was crappy but i had to work with what i had available. thinking of opening it just a little more still.

You should be careful with that, a guy could really mess up his teeth on something like that. Or even worse, cut his gums all to hell.

Yea, that's kinda rough...what were you using to do the cuts...an electric meat carver? [img]tongue.gif[/img] Get a dremel kit and finish it off ( sand and Smooth the cuts).....

that was with a dreme. some kind of burring bit for cutting the size of a driII bit

It is different, but you could of followed the sticky at the top of this section and had about 4 different ideas/angles thrown at you.

I do give you alot of credit for thinking of that and being different.

It might have worked better if it looked half decent and you had the new ram air hood from MexSS fully functioning with TBI.

all in all a good mod, but a little more R&D is necessary.

I did the same thing with mine, then I cut it all the wat back so it was flush with the filter. It looks a million times better now

just sand it down really good and make all of the lines straight, then it will look good
