Warning! Rude Seller with Suspect Car!

I was on Ebay and I found this 1995 Caprice for sale and I asked the seller a couple questions about the Police package items which were missing from the car and he told me to run a carfax and then banned me from bidding. Word of warning, there are a bunch of things about this vehicle which in my opinion just do not add up so if anyone is interested in this car please PM me and I will tell you what I see and know about it before you make a huge mistake buying it!

(if this is the wrong place for this please move it where ever it will be best seen)

Wow, that listing is all kinds of hilarious. It may or may not be a legit 9C1, I'm no expert on determining that, but that listing is just terrible. Smashed up, low resolution and/or poor quality pics (I'm guessing to hide how cheap that custom paint job was), "custom made" emblems that anybody can buy off ebay for $12 something a pair, a brand new set of tires I've never heard of (which more often than not means they're cheap and just there to help sell the car). And Calloway parts? Other than the "hockey puck" I'm not seeing anything, and I'd be a little surprised if it was a legitimate Calloway part. I know they did a little with the LT1, probably more with the Vettes, but I've never seen a Calloway hockey puck. If nothing else it was good for a laugh, and I'd say the car is worth what a 9C1 Caprice with a few Impala visuals added on with that mileage and a worn out interior is worth. So in other words, not much more than what the bid is currently at, ($2500 at the moment).

Something witty.

Yes according to the Spid sticker in the trunk it is a real 9C1 which is why I was interested in it but my questions were how come it has a civilian speedo cluster which makes the mileage suspect and why are all the 9C1 green hoses missing? That was all it took to get me banned from bidding!

It last sold in 2011 for $4000 with 22" rims on it and it has only been driven 3000 miles in 5 1/2 years since which makes me wonder if something is wrong with the car or the mileage has been altered.

Really, we are worried about cloning 9C1's now?

"custom paint" Ah, looks like the original Medium Adriatic Blue the spid says it is . Lots of pearl and color shift in the stock color

" AIRBAG ONCE IN A WHILE GOES ON THEN SHUTS OFF WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PULL ANY CODES" Hum, how about that steering wheel?

Those Riken Raptors actually a pretty decent tire. I have them on both my wagon and Impala. They are pretty sticky and actually held up well since the first year I raced the Impala I never used drag radials

No offense, but I don't see a clone, just a 20+yr old car that's very likely had some parts replaced.
eBay is a horrible place to shop for a vehicle(out of local area), and buying one without an up close and personal inspection is just asking for trouble IMHO.

My dad got totally screwed, I warned him, but he didn't listen and bought a vehicle on there anyway. He regretted buying it from day 1.
