94 caprice wagon

I have run out of room and have no place to take care of her any more so I have to let it go. I am hoping to find someone who will truly enjoy her.
She is a 94 caprice wagon blue with blue interior. It came from NY as a state vehicle with only 17k miles on it. It was repainted, interior redone and all the little things replaced and updated as well as the wheels and springs. The next owner bought it and had it for only a couple of months until I bought it with 48k miles on it. I put konis on the front replaced the starter and tinted the windows. I also installed a touch screen stereo with Sirius and blue tooth and replaced all the speakers including a hidden sub.
This is a no option car, no power locks, no power windows and no cruise control.
It has old snow tires on it(from PA originally) but it comes with 2 riken raptors and i have oil and filter I was about to put on.

Car needs nothing at all.
Asking $4500
Location Spartanburg SC.

How is the underbody and frame as far as being a northern vehicle. Including fuel lines, brake lines etc etc... what's current mileage? And does it have the 3rd row?

It had some light surface rust on the frame that the first owner painted over and it has stayed that way and has not changed, the floors look new. It looks like the brake lines were all replaced because they were shinny when I bought it and looked new. It has 125k on it.
