In the near future I'll be bagging my SS. But for now I'm dropped on cut sprints but notice my bottom control arms are really close to the frame. Would like to know what you gus did to get more clearance or range of motion?
You'll also need to be aware of where the tie-rod passes below the frame rail. It can also hit depending upon how low the car is, in which case, you'd need to notch and weld in a tube for clearance. It would be advisable to ensure the clamps on the tie-rod end connector are pointed down.
Just crawl under the car and take a look. It's pretty easy to spot.
