Installing Moog K5208 Upper Ball Joint

Folks,
I am installing new Moog ball joints in my ride, and was wondering if there is a proper way to determine how many washers you're supposed to use with the new joints. I've never seen a part come with literally 6 washers that can stack up to 5/8"!

Thx!

4 bolts, and 1 (lock?) washer per position--under the nut.

You won 2 extra washers, but are not obligated to use them, nor is there any reason to.
