Question

i just got my 92 caprice and need to know what a good system of airbags to use that will do FBSS, i have 17's on the car, would it be bad to get bigger rims? thanx alot

hmm... im gonna wait for Wagon boy to post... I spent all my energy posting ont he last one about 10 days ago..

Colt, If you change your settings to show you 15-20-or even 30 days ago, you will see the last post that wore me out.

I personally hate when people just reply with "USE THE SEARCH" because there are different reasons and situations for everything... but in this case... USE THE SEARCH. or common sense... If you read in mag different setups, and make a decision based on that.

Compressors.....
Viair 450c or viair 400c. runs about 200$. you can also use nitrogen. its way faster.

AIR LINE.....
Nylon airline is fine. or you can get hydrolic hose or steel braded. 1/2" line or 3/8" line is fine.

VALVES....
Go with parker or GC valves. 3/8" or 1/2" valves would be good. Depends on how fast you want it.

Switch BOX...
Anything is fine, 10switch box is cool, or you can make your own.


Fittings...
Go to a local airbrake supply store for big rigs.

Valve Size...
Depends on how fast you want it. Mount the valves as close as the bag as possible. It makes it way faster. i would go with 3/8 or 1/2"

Storage tanks
depends on how much you wanna play. the more air you have the longer it takes to fill also. two 5 gallons or 2 3gallons shoudl be good.

Airbags
i would go with slam specialties bags. the 7" bags for the front and rear. www.slamspecialties.com


i probably forgot stuff but i don't care. someone should make a sticky for bags, or whats the best setup for bags
