One thing I didn't like about my old 94 9C1 (I have a different one now) is that my airbags would lose air after towing 100 something miles.

Is it typical that they even lose air at all ??

All it comes with are those red Air Lift bags and then a squeeze clamp to hold a tiny hose to fill it up.. is that the source of the air leak, or is it leaking out the tire schrader valve ? I guess I just don't have enough experience in what proper airbags do or do not do...

I would check for leaks since the heat from the overaxle pipes would if anything cause pressure to go up. If in doubt about where it is comming from you could always go get a couple new cores for the valvestems and some new hose, that should be cheap and easy enough to do.

Spray all you’re line's and fittings with soap and water, it seems to help finding leaks easier.
