Installed 255/50/17 on 9.5 rims 94RMW..Do I need to change the factory alignment...If so can someone provide specs....

Nope, not as long as your alignment was in spec prior to the change. Only changes that change spindle to body relationship would require an alignment.. ie, spring change. Now there are more aggressive alignment specs out there that make our cars handle better. You can find that through the search.

If you are saying the car has not been aligned since the factory, I'd suggest at least getting it checked.

Sorry I disagree.
Any noticeable change in wheel offset will change the ride height subtly, which will effect the alignment
