easy question which ones are the best, heard global west was but they only make lower i think. also i would like them to be lighter than stock

I'm afraid that's not actually an easy question. I would recommend doing a search in this section on the topic and see what you think.... there has been A LOT of discussion on this topic.

I'm running the BMR uppers and lowers and really like them.

"best" is a pretty easy question actually, the global west arms are definitely the "best", they're the only arms using del-a-lum and spherical bushings. They do only make lowers at this time though (they're working on uppers) and they're pricy at $325 a pair.

The BMRs are excellent arms for the price ($150), and indeed while my SS got GW arms my wagon got BMRs... but you're still using poly bushings.

I really don't see you getting anything lighter than stock, have you looked at them they are about as light as could be because they are so thin.
