I got my bilsteins on a couple weeks ago. I'm very happy with them but i do have the squeek that i've heard about from a lot of other forum members.
From what i've read, the larger washer on each side goes on the bottom and the smaller on the top, but is there a top bushing and a bottom one? also, which way do you face the bushings cause theres a flat side and a side with a nipple on each one and i remember i had no idea which was which when i put mine in and which way to face em.
i think i put the side with the nipple toward the washers but i'm not too sure. I'm gonna pull em out and check when i find out what the right way to put em is

The "nipples" on the shock bushings should be oriented such that they go into the hole in the frame that you are passing the shock shaft thru. Sounds like you have them backwards.....and unfortunately, only way to change that bottom one is to remove the shocks

Tighten it down to the point where the bushing spreads out to the same diameter as the washer, but no further.

I'm not too worried about removing the bilsteins. Atleast they have a way for me to take the bolt off with just having an allen wrench. I'm gonna do it probably tomorrow or the day after and see if it fixes the problem
