Does anyone know of a replacement lower balljoint tha has the same tapper as the stock lowers in a caprice or impala but instead of press in has bolt holes like the upper balljoints?

Even if it did exist... where would you bolt it in on the stock lower arm???
There are thread-in lower ball joints that were made for Chrysler products.... but again, our stock arms would need heavy mods...cutting and welding... to make that happen.

I went through all of this working on my tubular front arm project... and it really seems like the press-in isn't a bad way to go. Especially if you want to keep eveything compatible.
