Thought this might help guys losing the factory air shocks but keeping the leveling system.
I found the car was having trouble keeping a consistant height. I traced it to the dryer-check valve. The factory setting for min pressure is 8-15 lbs ( mine checked at 15-16) while this is a fine pressure for the small area air shocks it is a lot for air bags and stopped my car coming back to the height I set it to when low on fuel. I dissasembled the dryer and replacd the spring with a lighter one. The check valve is now about 4 lbs and allows the car to return to my set height lightly loaded. I realize most do not run the leveling system but thought this might help some one. Regards, Gerry
