I thought I remember hearing someone did this but dont remember who. I want to know if there is some way to quickly take off the front sway bar for running the 1/4 mile. Thanks John

Just loosen the endlinks, and use some big zip-ties to tie it up to the frame. Will take all of a few minutes, and works like a champ.

Or, if you want to try something unique, check out a 4 wheeler magazine. There are several companies that sell quick disconnect endlinks (Four wheelers don't like sway bars on the trail.....Limits articulation). I don't have any idea, but you might be able to use or adapt them to the b-body, or fabricate up your own.
