I have a couple to a few questions...first, on the front coils after installing them, did you remove the bumpstops or leave them? I have been running with my bumpstops for about 5K miles and noticed that I have hit the bumpstops pretty regularly...second questions is about the rear. The INTRAX logo is stamped on reading right side up with the progressive part on the bottom. Or so it seems they are on the bottom. With my experience in Motorcross, all the progressively wound coils, the more tightly wound coils would be on top with the more strung out coils toward the bottom. To sum this up, which end are yall running up? I have them mounted to where the INTRAX logo is upside down. Seemed to make more sence to me hence the progressive rate. But wouldn't the logo be upright when installed? I just want my car to ride the way intended because it seems fairly soft. But maybe I just need stiffer valved shocks...who knows...thats why I'm asking.

My rear springs are installed the same as yours, and my ride is noticeably more stiff over stock. My bump stops up front are still on there and there is almost no sign of me hitting them, just a few marks and I have ~1000 miles on the car since installation. Hope that helps. Oh yeah, I'm running stock shocks too and it still is much stiffer than my father's stock suspension in his 96BBB. Compare your ride heigth to mine, perhaps something is different.

Cut the 'nub' of the bump stop off. That seemed to help a bit. Right now I'm not running any on the '94. (snapped the bolt off when removing)

As far as an up or down, shouldn't it not matter? The force that the spring exerts at a given point would be equal at both ends, right? The softer rate would compress first no matter if it was up or down.

Red face

This shall be true, but it was just a thought of mine. I didn't want to have the wrong idea.
