Well, my 9c1 has 127K miles on it as of today. I have a set of Impala springs that I'm going to swap in, and I want to know if you guys think I should throw in some new shocks, too. I've heard that the SS springs and 9c1 shocks work fine together, but should I replace old shocks while I have all this stuff off?
If so, Autozone should do the trick, right? I'd need them today, so there's no time for internet shopping. Thanks.

It really depends how old your shocks are. I replaced my stock Impala shocks yesterday at 94K miles, and the original shocks were pretty much shot. If yours have 127K miles on them, I would replace them.

If you are going to buy new shocks get the Bilsteins. Don't be like me-ending up buying shocks twice!

Well, I ended up getting my hands on a set of Monroe Severe Service shocks.. I can't really afford to spend that much on the Bilstiens(sp?).
I'll be installing this weekend, I'll let you all know how it went.
