Ok here is my problem, I got a place where my car bottoms out... its at stock ride height at the moment but will be around 2 inches lower in the next month...

What can I do to raise the car so I dont bottom out? It needs to be something like airbags or something that I can inflate and let the car go up to like 9 inches then come back down again... any ideas?

9 inches thats kind of a lot if you are going to drop 2 inches more, you can use gabriel air shocks for the rear, if you want to do it manually an the cheapes way, or more expensive way with air bags with a air compresor with cotrols in the cabin, they have a kit for the front an back,

If the "spot" the car bottoms out is not your school, driveway, work entrance, or favorite strip club entrance, then I say just go around.

It sounds like a lot of work to get around one place that is causing you problems!!

If you want to raise your car, but you also want to lower it I'm thinking airbags are your only options...
