Does anyone know anything about the BMR rear swaybar? I was all set to order the HO?HA bar because of the extensive write ups about it. Every post I have seen has said that the best set up is: new stronger LCAs, F-body front bar, and HO/HA rear bar. I just saw the post about the BMR rear bar in the GP forum and wonder if it as good as HO/HA?

...I'm going with HO. Cool looking and tight as hell handling. All you need is an HO or BMR front bar and I'm going with BMR because it's siginificantly cheaper.

The BMR front bar is supposed to be identical to the F-body front bar, so if you are using the HO rear bar, I think you will see a real difference in handling between the BMR front bar and the HO front bar, with the BMR front bar, I think, being more neutral. You might want to read the Mueller write-up that's on the B-body.net website before making your decision. If you do a search in this section of the forum, I think that write-up has been linked to before.

As far as the BMR rear bars, I don't know anything about them. Someone else may though.

BMR only produces a front bar that'll work with the B-Body, no rear.

Since the BMR bar is supposed to be identical to the stock 1LE bar, and that bar is a proven combo with the HO/HA rear, I'd stick with it over a stiffer HO F-Body front bar. Using the HO B-rear with an HO F-front might create undersired handling charateristics.

Based on the specs I've seen, the HO front/rear should give you more understeer than the BMR front/HO rear combo.

...I should have mentioned earlier that the Mueller article on B-body sway bars was pretty awesome and turned the tide for me...
