Anyone with the Global West lca's still have the torque specs on hand? I put these on about 6 months ago and have lost the torque spec sheet. I am getting a popping noise from the rear whenever I go over a bump. I want to make sure I dont over torque when I check things out.

I would go with 100-110 ft-lbs on both bolts. They shouldn't need QUITE as much as an OEM bushing, but should still be plenty tight

Thanks Ed, I found the problem. The front bushing on the lca where it goes to the frame had alot of play.(side to side) I took the arm off and some sort of an anti-static tape came out of the joint. I guess I need to contact Global West.

That "tape" is the teflon liner, and yes what you found IS a problem.

Man, based on what I've seen lately (and some off-forum questions to me lately) it looks like GW might have gotten another bad batch of the spherical bushings .

Yes, you need to contact GW immediately....

I talked with Year One, where I ordered them from. The customer service there is fantastic. I was told to send them to GW for repair. Year One said they are under warranty (1) year and that they will refund me the cost of shipping. Great to deal with in my time of trouble.
