I have squeaky poly endlinks, and wondering what the best lube is for these guys. I used the stuff that came with them when I installed them, and then used some leftover stuff I got with my Hotchkiss sways when they started squeaking the first time. Now, no more leftovers, any suggestions? Is chassis lube OK?

ES sells an 8 ounce jar of lubricant. It's the same lubricant that they include with their bushing kits. The ES part number is 9.11104 and it sells for $11 and change. Summit Racing and Jegs both carry this special lubricant.

I bought the ES PN 9.8123GC[black] End Links, never greased them, and they've never squeaked.
This is with a 32mm OEM Sway Bar.

Or contact www.p-s-t.com for End Links[Polygraphite] compatable with your Hotchkiss SB.

I've never greased mine.. I don't believe they require it either.. From what I know, all that needs to be greased are the bushings for the bar itself. Those are what usually squeak. Are you sure it's not the bar squeaking in bushings?

Don't think so. The clamps are greased every 3k, and the last time I heard the same squeak, I loosened the endlink, lubed them up, and it went away for the next several months.

The endlinks are the red ones, not black. Maybe I'll check out the graphite ones, solve the problem permanently.
