Recently received Global West LCAs and just noticed that I cannot move the spherical bearing at all by hand. Is that normal?

I just installed my GW LCAs yesterday, so this is still fresh in my mind. The spherical bearing is very hard to move by hand, because you just can't get any leverage on it. The end of the spherical bearing spacer is only about 2 inches from the center of the bearing. If you stick a screwdriver through the spacer/bearing bolt hole to get more leverage, it will move much easier. Once it is installed to the frame, the weight of the control arm itself is enough to make it drop to vertical.
