Just a heads up for any of you that have aftermarket rear LCA's.

I have BMR's with the replacement red poly bushings. I lubed them about 8K kms ago when I got the BeaSSt out of winter storage. While changing the diff lube and gasket I decided to lube the LCA's while I was working in the pit. Each grease nipple took a couple of good pumps of the grease gun. I noticed an immediate difference in ride and handling when I took the car out afterward.

My advice is to lube the LCA's at least every 4-5K kms. It will prevent any binding that creeps up slowly and doesn't get noticed.
