What is the best way to correct mild bump steer? Thanks.

It won't eliminate it, but it helps considerably....

Get solid tierod adjusters. I have the Global West ones, but the ones from Hotchkis or Baer will work just as well.

About $50 for the parts, and you'll need to redo your front end alignment afterwards.

Also check the rest of the front end for any worn components, and replace as necessary.

I read an artical on the Bear units a while back and was thinking about them. Replacing the steering parts will probably need to be done as well. She's about to roll 100,000 miles. Thanks again.

Bump steer is caused by poor suspension geometry. It's pretty easy to see it in action - just jack up the front end of the car and watch the toe angle change.

The solution would be to re-work the suspension geometry. I think that fixing the bump steer problem would be easier than fixing the camber control problem, but it's still not a simple task - most likely, it'd involve some work on the center link at the very least, and maybe some massaging of the knuckles.
