Okay I am planning on going with some H&R springs here soon (unless someone feels there are better options) and I have been looking at the launch bags to also help with load when the back seat is full so I was wondering if anyone here had any experince with the factory air compressor and do you think it would be able to handle filling up those bags? It wouldn't need to be fast or anything just get the job done. thanks for any info!

I have the factory air compressor connected to my AirLift 1000 airbags and it works quite well. I did also install an extra line out along the trailer hitch, so I can add more air if needed.

I called Airlift and ordered the adapters and also ordered 2 airline kits (can never have enough airline). I will try to get the part numbers when I get home.

Thumbs up

Thanks Glenn... thats exactly what I was looking at getting. Thanks for the feedback. Do you have yours routed to gauges so that you know how many PSI it is at or do you just use yours to keep it from bottoming out.

Did you install toggle switches to activate the pump or did you just use the vehicles factory sensoring equipment?

I haven't worked with air systems before but my plans were to see if I could find some solinoids to allow flow to the different sides individually along with activating the air compressor. So I could allow air to both bags or just to one or the other. I figured somewhere in the air suspension world there would be solinoids that would allow or disallow air flow based on electrical impulses.

Thanks again for the response. On a side note do you know what kind of PSI it is capable to put out?
