Question Help Viper 5002 Trunk release

I Need help I've got a viper 5002 alarm installed in my car and I'm having trouble getting the Aux to pop the trunk. I know the Red/White wire from the alarm suppose to hook up to the trunk release and i did a search and found that the trunk release is the black wire. My question is where that wire is located because all the black wireís Iíve found have been ground wires and hooking up to the wire coming from the yellow trunk button doesnít work. I know this might be a dumb question but any help is appreciated.

Ok i went out and got a relay and it has four connection points 12v in, 12volt out, gound and on off switch. Now my question is does the switch provide a ground when pressed or 12v to the solenoid

i just cut the wires behind the trunk button and wired the relay to give a trigger from the wires there. all 2gether 4 wires were used 2 wires tied to the 12, an 1 to the neg an 1 to the alarm. but the neg trunk wire isnt really a neg cuz it sure as hell sparked on mine
